When you change your language your change your emotions. What do I mean by this? How many times a day do you say, “I need to” or “I have to”? If you think about it those words are heavy and uninspiring. My coaching to you is to change your current languaging. It will change the way you feel. You will feel better. You will feel lighter. So instead of “I need to”, start saying, “I get to”. Instead of saying, “I have to”, start saying, “I want to”. Your words direct your emotions. If you want to feel better, begin to use your words better.
