1. Gather together some magazines, photos, quotes, etc. and create a vision board or Life Book. Collect all the images that make you feel good and then have a look at it each day.
2. Give me some book suggestions. I love to read, and I want to know what books have grabbed your attention. The one I suggest to you is The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari by Robin S. Sharma. It is an inspiring tale that provides a step-by-step approach to living with greater courage, balance, abundance, and joy. It is an excellent read.
3. Research what type of vegetable garden would be ideal for the part of the country that you live. Then go play in the dirt and take pride in what you have created.
OK, friends, hang in there. As I said in the video, there is absolutely no reason for any of us the come out of this quarantine in poorer health than we went into it with. Take care of your mind, body, and spirit.
